More than anything, the South is known for its music and its strong family ties. Both are highlighted with Black Stone Cherry, a Kentucky band that redefines southern rock for a modern audience. @Psychobunny: Hey I'm old school as well and i totally agree with you,BSC are fantastic. Just saw them theother month there at the o2 in Glasgow(Scotland) and they were superb. There is a link if you go on YouTube and put in Black Stone Cherry in Glasgow, gives you an idea of the gig. One of my all time fav gigs was at the Barrowlands, that Chris talks about on that link, I get goose bumps everytime I think of the gig. Just an absolutely amazing band

I got this back in 2006, it totally blew me away, I've never been so impressed by a band's 1st album (yeah, I'm old school, I call it an album!) Then I got Folklore & Superstition when it was released, It also kicked my ass... Black Stone Cherry has become one of my all time favorite bands, I Can't wait to get the new one (I've ordered it) and I hope that BSC comes to Arizona some day! We've been waiting!!!

i just love to jam out to some BSC!!! at anytime!!! this is the CD that started it all!! i have a lot of friends that started to listen to BSC because i had them take a listen. and every one of them have been big fans!!
